Logging In

There are two ways to log in to the Mussel App:

  1. Standard Login: This involves remembering your login credentials. Your login is always your email address along with the password you’ve set.
  2. QR Code Login (Mobile App Only): This option is available exclusively through the mobile app and requires the use of a QR code. Only an admin account can generate this QR code for any user. To do so, navigate to the Users page, find the specific user, and click “View Login.” This action will generate a one-time QR code, allowing the user to log in to the mobile app.It’s important that users log in using their own credentials, as this ensures that all work is properly tracked and attributed to the correct person.

Resetting Password

You have three ways to reset your password:

  1. If You Are Logged In: You can update your password by visiting the Security page within your account settings.
  2. If You Can’t Log In: Navigate to the Mussel App login page, click the “Forgot Password” link, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  3. Admin Password Reset: An admin can change any user’s password by navigating to the Users page and clicking the “Change” button under the password section for the relevant user.

Administrator Password Reset

If you are an administrator and have forgotten your password, please contact our support team. They will assist you in resetting the password.
